Arizona System Analysis Professionals, LLC

is an ICB/TABB certified test and balance company providing comprehensive services for a diverse range of facilities, including hospitals, schools, laboratories, and commercial buildings. We are also a fully licensed mechanical contractor that is capable of making repairs to systems when needed, during the test and balance process. Whether you are installing a new system or are interested in improving the efficiency of an existing system, we will ensure that your equipment performs as intended and operates at optimum levels.

James Blackmore

Steven McKinney

Both managers are Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau (ICB/TABB) certified Technicians, Mr. McKinney obtaining certification in 1997 at the Denver, CO. International Training Institute laboratory and Mr. Blackmore obtaining his in 2002 at the Los Angeles, CA. International Training Institute laboratory. In addition, both are also certified as TABB testing, adjusting and balancing Supervisors, HVAC Fire Life Safety Supervisors, HVAC Commissioning Supervisors and Sound and Vibration Engineers. Mr. McKinney is also the TAB instructor for the Local 359 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC).
